About me

​ Ismael Izaguirre was born in Wichita Falls, Texas, in 1998. His journey into art started in high school art classes, which furthered his ambition through printmaking studies at Midwestern State University. He received his Bachelors in Fine Art with an emphasis in Printmaking and a minor emphasis in Graphic Design in 2020. Since undergrad, he has volunteered for multiple art conferences such as the Southern Graphics International Conference where he assisted portfolio exchanges. He works in relief printmaking, serigraphy, and intaglio forms of printmaking as well as illustration.
Currently, Izzy resides in Wichita Falls, working on woodcuts and linocuts to continue creative endeavors.
